Hermes Gmail

Hermes Gmail is a private tool operated by Hardinge Consultants. It is used to organise internal business emails via Gmail and prepare internal summaries and reports.

 

Data accessed and used
The tool accesses email metadata, labels and selected message content to classify correspondence, organise messages and produce reports. Selected email content may be processed by external AI providers. Internal reports may include sender details, subjects and summaries. Data held by these providers is subject to their applicable processing and retention terms. Google API policy

Hermes Gmail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
